Description

The equipment structure
1. Equipment configuration cloth roll Max 6 sets, roll diameter Max600mm;
2. Cloth roll using the active roll method, according to the tension roller position automaticroll;
3. Nose strip welding module: including nasal strip roll, nasal strip flat, fixed long transport, cutting, welding function;
4. Fabric composite welding unit: the use of ultrasonic welding head and steel mold welding method, welding roller parallelity, position precision adjustable, welding system has cooling function;
5. Earband welding unit; the equipment earband welding using earband type (non-head-mounted), the whole roll onthe, after drive and tension control, fixed long cut, earband length can be adjusted, using ultrasonic welding, welding solid;
6. The equipment has the printing function, the printing and dyeing Log position can be adjusted, the content needs to be provided in advance by Party A;
7. Pull ingest drive unit, using servo motor control main drive roller, drive cloth, smooth operation, pressure precision adjustable;

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
